18 Vils Double Stable Scouts
The plan here is to open with a standard Scout rush, then catch the opponent off guard by continuing to pump out Scouts, adding a second Stable, and sometimes even a third. The idea is to rush toward the strongest Feudal Age unit available, the fully upgraded Bloodlines Scout with Blacksmith techs. With 2 Stables, you'll have enough Scouts on the field to hold off enemy aggression and keep your opponent contained in most cases. Once your Scouts are fully upgraded, they can beat almost anything in Feudal Age except a mass of Spearmen, against those, run around them and pick them off one at a time. The goal is to do heavy damage during Feudal Age, then close out the game with a strong follow-up once you reach Castle Age.

What next: At this point you have 2 Stables' worth of fully upgraded Scouts and a solid economy, and a decision to make: commit harder to Feudal Age, or start aiming for Castle Age. To push further in Feudal, add a 3rd Stable and keep feeding villagers from the Town Center into farms, while continuing to fight aggressively with your Scouts. To aim for Castle Age, send villagers from the Town Center to gold, and once berries run out, send those villagers to gold too, to get a reasonable Castle Age timing. NOTE: you'll likely still be a bit behind on Castle Age timing in most cases, but you'll be compensated by a huge Scout army and the economic damage it can do. Either way, once you hit Castle Age your main plan is to commit to a heavy follow-up. A Light Cavalry upgrade is a natural fit, and 2-3 Stables of Knights also work well. Expect to face counter units: add Siege against Pikemen, Monks or Pikemen against Camels, and go for a forward Castle or Siege Workshop against a stonewalled opponent. LASTLY: if your opponent fully walls during Feudal Age, you have two choices, abandon the double-Stable Scouts plan for something else (like transitioning Scouts into Knights), or commit to the 2-Stable Scouts and send 5 villagers to tower rush your way into their base.
